All information entered during the payment process is used by Donna Tina Store only to complete the procedures relating to the payment of the Products, to issue the relative refunds in the event of failure to supply the Products by the Seller or return of the Products following of the exercise by the Buyer of the right of withdrawal referred to in the following article, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on the Site.
On our site you can choose from the following payment methods:
Credit Cards
Payment can be made using the credit cards of the circuit: Visa, Mastercard, PostePay, American Express and all the cards of the bank circuits of the Visa and Mastercard group, Sofort and MyBank account.
Thanks to the innovative PayPal payment technology, you can use your credit card in a simple, immediate and safe way to make the payment: simply fill in the required fields (name and surname, credit card type, number, expiry date and / or 3D-Security Code) and confirm the payment. Debit Card, Aura Card and Discover
It is also possible to make the payment using circuit cards: Discover, Maestro and Aura Card. In order to use these cards, the following procedure must be followed:

Payment upon receipt of the goods
You can pay directly to the courier upon delivery of the package. This service provides a surcharge of 5 €. Upon delivery of the package, it is advisable to provide the exact figure to be paid to the employee since it is rarely possible to have the exact remainder. If you choose this payment method, the invoice will be available after 2 days from the delivery of the package. This payment method is only possible for orders not exceeding € 180 and delivered on Italian territory
Bank/wire transfer
If you choose this payment method during the final phase of the order you will be provided with all the necessary instructions for payment (IBAN). The choice of bank transfer as a method of payment provides for the execution of the bank transfer in advance. The order will be shipped the day after the date of the actual accounting of the sum in the current account. To speed up delivery times, it is advisable to anticipate the payment receipt via email to ordini@donnatinastore.it. Orders by bank transfer sent and unpaid within three working days from the date of receipt will be automatically canceled. If payment is made by bank transfer, the invoice will be issued and will be available only at the time of the actual crediting of the amount due in the current account.
Cash
Cash payments are accepted only for orders placed online and collected directly from the farm. Cash payment is allowed only for orders less than or equal to € 150.
