Acceptance of the Conditions of Sale
Dear Customer,
our online store allows you to purchase a wide range of packaged food products, body care cosmetics and home and garden care products. The online purchase of eggs, fresh fruit, vegetables and vegetables is not available for shipping by express courier but only with the "Pick-up at the Farm" option. Companies wishing to order and purchase the products on the portal must register indicating the company name and VAT number to be enabled as "company" customers to have conditions reserved for business customers. Most of the products present are from agriculture and organic farms. The certifications / attestations held are indicated in the data sheet of each individual product. Meats and cheeses are shipped all year round except in the months of excessive heat. Donkey milk can be purchased by booking and only after receiving confirmation of availability. Donkey milk is not sent in the months of excessive heat. Certain products cannot be shipped to some countries of the world due to import restrictions.
All orders placed on our portal are in euro currency and are paid in euro.

The order
With the conclusion of an order, in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions.
The purchase will be completed by confirming and sending the order to Donna Tina. Donna Tina Store reserves the right not to accept incomplete or not properly completed orders.
Donna Tina Store will confirm the order by e-mail.
With the sending of the order confirmation to the customer by Donna Tina Store, the order is binding for both parties.
If the request that the customer has made through the order exceeds the quantity available for a given item, Donna Tina Store will accept the purchase limited to what is actually available to its virtual warehouse. The Customer Service will advise the Customer if the ordered products will be available in the future or not.
The shipment of your order
Orders are shipped within the times and in the ways indicated under "Shipping and Delivery, ..." upon receipt of payment by trusted couriers.
The shipping is paid and includes the handling, packaging and transport costs of your order. Shipping costs are indicated in the "Shipping and Delivery, ..."
The delivery of the Products is subject to the payment by the Customer of the relative price by the means chosen from those made available on the donnatinastore.com website and illustrated under the item "Type of payment".
Prices
All sales prices of the Products indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros.
The prices of the Products, unless otherwise indicated, are inclusive of VAT.
All deliveries have a non-duty-free customer delivery (DDU) excluding taxes, duties and local VAT, as commercially used in the European Community. Therefore, our deliveries include the cost of the goods, the shipping costs to the recipient's home.
Any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, local VAT and / or other ancillary charges are borne by the recipient.
Customs costs
The headquarters of Donna Tina Store is in Italy, within the European Union. For shipments In the case of shipments within the European Union, VAT is included in the total amount and there are no additional taxes and surcharges.
For territories outside the European Union or subject to special regimes, the shipping costs indicated do not include any customs duties and other import charges specific to the country of destination.
We are unable to deliver certain products to some countries of the world due to some import limits.
Features and Product Availability
Products are not provided on a trial basis. The customer is responsible for choosing the products ordered and for meeting their needs.
In the event of unavailability of one or more Products, upon agreement between the parties, the other Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered; in this case, the partial delivery of the ordered Products is considered valid and does not give the Customer the right to refuse delivery, nor to any compensation or indemnity whatsoever.
Site Responsibility
Donna Tina Store does not assume any responsibility for disservices attributable due to force majeure of any nature and gender, if it is unable to execute the contract within the agreed time. Force majeure, by way of example and not limited to, are the measures of the Public Authority, the strike by its employees or by the carriers of which Donna Tina Store avails itself, as well as any other circumstance that is beyond the control of the latter .
Customer obligations
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer undertakes to print and keep these General Conditions.
The information contained in the Conditions of Sale must be viewed and accepted by the Customer before sending the purchase order. The acceptance of all the conditions of sale takes place by marking the appropriate space on the site at the time the order is sent. Without this, the order cannot be sent.
When the order is processed in the Customer's reserved account, an invoice or other equivalent tax document will be available.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal offers the consumer the possibility to withdraw, within the term of fourteen working days, from any purchase made and receive a full refund of the cost incurred for the purchase without any penalty, just as provided for in Legislative Decree 185 of 22 / 05/99 excluding shipping costs, which remain excluded from the discipline referred to in Law Decree 185/99.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons who act for purposes related to a commercial activity.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following articles:
- products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (food, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks);
- sealed products that do not lend themselves to being returned for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection (cosmetics);
- products that have been opened after delivery;
- products made to measure or personalized.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, or without the original packaging, lack of the integral elements of the product and damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated in the section / item "Legal Notes". A copy of the communication must be sent by email to info@donnatinastore.com
Upon receipt of the goods and after checking the integrity of all the components of the product and the accompanying elements, Donna Tina Store will proceed with the refund of the amount paid EXCEPT for the shipping costs, the refund will be made within 14 days of above.
Protection of minors
Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to transmit orders via the donnatinastore.com website or any other way.
Terms of payment
The Customer can pay the order by one of the methods indicated at the time of checkput and described in the section / item "Payment Methods".
Invoice
In light of the recent tax news regarding the receipt and tax receipts, all orders placed on this site will be accompanied by an electronic invoice. The copy will be inserted in the package that will be delivered to the indicated address, the original will be available on the website of the revenue agency in its own reserved area (only for customers with residence in Italy). At the time of order confirmation it is mandatory to enter your tax code (only for customers with residence in Italy).
Complaints
Any complaints must be sent to Customer Service by e-mail at the following address ordini@donnatinastore.com or in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated in the section / item "Legal Notes".
The complaint must be sent within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. The Customer Service will contact the Customer within 2 days of receiving the complaint to indicate the times and procedures for handling the complaint.
Disputes
Any controversy is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
The Court of Matera is competent for any controversy between the parties.
The client / user of Donna Tina Store accepts that any dispute is managed by the Court of Matera.
Applicable law and referral
All contracts entered into between Donna Tina Store and the customer are governed by Italian law.
Although not expressly provided and referred to, the legal provisions applicable to the relationships and cases provided for in the contract stipulated online apply.
