Dear Customer,
you can buy several gift cards to use as an original gift that you can give to the person you want for the food delicacy and more. All gift cards are only available on our online store for the purchase of a wide range of packaged food products, body care cosmetics and home and garden products for the user. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase fruit and vegetables.
The Donna Tina Gift Card is available in the following denominations: € 15, € 25, € 50 and € 75
Gift Card order.
To order one or more gift cards:
- Click in the Gift Card section / category
- Choose the Gift Card you prefer
- Click on the Cart
- Proceed with the order or complete the order
- Make the payment
The Gift Card order is only possible with the PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer payment method. If the Bank Card Transfer is chosen as the method of payment, the Gift Card will be issued on the day following the date of the actual booking of the amount in the current account. The Gift Card will be sent by email, a copy of the gift card is also available in your account in the "Coupons" section.
Each Gift Card is activated upon its issue and is valid for 12 months from its activation. The expiry date is indicated on the same Gift Card.
Use of the Gift Card.
Only one gift card can be used for each order. Each Gift Card has a unique code that you will have to insert when paying in the "Discount Coupon" section. After entering your personal code click on update, the amount will be automatically updated. Each Gift Card is usable only once, after its use it loses its validity.
If the value of your order exceeds that of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid with one of the available payment methods.
The Donna Tina Gift Card are not valid to pay shipping costs or additional costs.
DonnaTina Gift Cards are only available on our online store for the purchase of a wide range of packaged food products, body care cosmetics and home and garden care products. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase fruit and vegetables. After entering the unique code of the Gift Card, the order amount will be automatically updated. If the value of the Gift Card is higher than the value of the order, the remaining part cannot be refunded nor used for a subsequent order. If the total of the order is greater than the value of the Discount Coupon or Gift Card, the difference must be paid using another payment method among those accepted on our Store. No additional charges are applied for the use of Gift Cards or Discount Coupons.
Limitations.
Gift Cards and Discount Coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Our Gift Cards or Discount Coupons can only be spent on our site unless otherwise indicated on the Gift Card. Our Gift Cards or Discount Coupons cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Our Gift Cards or Discount Coupons cannot be recharged, resold, or converted into cash.
Risk of loss.
The ownership of the Gift Card belongs to the person who holds it. We decline any responsibility in case of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use by you of the Gift Certificates. The Gift Card is the bearer and is equivalent to cash. In the event of loss, theft, damage which renders the barcode or the associated numeric code illegible, the Gift Card cannot be blocked, replaced, refunded and no liability in any case.
Fraud.
In the event that a Gift Card or a Discount Coupon is generated or obtained fraudulently if used to make purchases on our portal, we reserve the right to close customer accounts and to charge the amount of orders on alternative payment methods .
Limitation of liability
We exclude all warranties, expressed or implied, relating to our gift cards or discount vouchers, including but not limited to, express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If the gift card or the discount coupon does not work, you can only request the replacement of this gift card / discount coupon.
General provisions.
The general conditions of use and sale indicated on our site apply. Gift Cards and Discount Coupons are issued by Donna Tina di Salvatore Capalbi - Stigliano. When you purchase, receive or use Gift Cards or Discount Coupons, you accept that these general conditions of use. We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time at our discretion. These conditions are applicable within the limits established by law.
