The Monocultivar Conte Martino extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a careful selection of Lucanian olives of Coratina cultivars, harvested according to the ancient tradition directly on the plant at the right degree of ripeness and squeezed within a few of the harvest exclusively with cold mechanical processes in an oil mill with stone millstones.

 

The olive groves are cultivated in an ethical and sustainable way according to a rigorous production discipline that protects the fruit, plants and habitat. The Mediterranean climate typical of the Collina Materana and the wise work of our blendmasters allows us to obtain a healthy, natural and high quality extra virgin olive oil that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
