Fattoria Donna Tina organic pasta is born on the sunny and uncontaminated hills of our land and from the experience in the cultivation of high quality ancient grains. Our handmade durum wheat pasta is produced following a recipe handed down from generation to generation using a blend of high quality organic Lucanian durum wheat which gives it an intense aroma and a strong flavour. The pasta is dried at a low temperature using a slow process that lasts over 24 hours. Bronze drawing allows the condiments to be held better and gives Angela pasta rusticity, irregular profiles and an opaque color typical of craftsmanship that differentiates it from common industrial pasta. Thanks to the love and passion that we use in the production of our pasta, it is still possible to taste a typical dish of healthy Italian cuisine that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
